Kirsty Miclat is dedicated to providing top-notch service across all three of our locations. With a background in Hospitality and Tourism, coupled with a Diploma in Human Resources, Kirsty's career has been centred on client liaison and customer service. She takes pride in nurturing positive and enduring relationships with both clients and partners, ensuring an exceptional experience for all.

At Northern Beaches Hospital, Matilda McLean handles administrative tasks while also designing graphics for marketing and patient education. With a bachelor's degree in psychology and a certificate in UX design, she brings valuable expertise to her role. Matilda joined the Harbour Vascular team in 2021 and works Monday through Thursday.

Bianca Arcuri, based at the North Shore Health Hub, has recently become a valued addition to the Harbour Vascular team since the start of 2024. With 11 years of secretarial experience in the vascular field, she brings a wealth of expertise to her administrative role. Outside of work, Bianca enjoys exploring quaint old towns and embarking on road trips. Presently, she works Monday through Thursday.

Peppi Hearne brings a wealth of experience and a passion for health to our team. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Health Promotion) from the Australian Catholic University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Nutrition from Deakin University. Currently, she is pursuing a Master's in Human Nutrition. With 20 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry, including managing BresicWhitney and running her own property auction business, Peppi's expertise is invaluable. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, nature, cooking, and exercise. Peppi's kind and loyal nature ensures every patient feels supported and valued.
